Where are my purchased rewards?

In order to view your purchased rewards, navigate to the My Rewards category under the Spend Points section. From there, you'll be able to see every reward that you have ever purchased on our website.

Below is a list of reward statuses and their meanings:

Click to Claim – Your reward has not yet been claimed.
Claimed – Your reward has already been claimed.

Awaiting Payment – Your  PayPal Instant Transfer is being processed.
Hold - Under Review – Your PayPal Instant Transfer is under review.
Paid Successfully – Your PayPal Instant Transfer has been paid successfully.
