My account has been deactivated - why?

We're sorry to hear that your account has been deactivated.
Here are a list of all the reasons your account could have been deactivated for

  • Inappropriate Casheo names, profile avatars or any account-related information.
  • Having more than one Casheo account.
  • Sharing accounts.
  • Suspicious completed offer activity.
  • VPN Usage.

If you still believe your account was deactivated by mistake feel free to Contact Us for further investigation, each deactivated account has ONE appeal in attempt for a reactivation but any rewards that may have been on the account will be forfeited.
